Select Program Registration Package service.

Select an available 8:00am appointment from the calendar. This is not an appointment; this will take you to the mandatory registration/intake form.

Upon completing the online registration form and submitting the mandatory user manual to the PG Division moanetwork@pgdivision.ca, you can access the Locum MOA Service of your choosing and book according to your practice needs.

Locum MOA Program
Our Locum MOA Program aims to bridge staffing gaps, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain seamless patient services. Whether due to scheduled vacation coverage or unexpected absences, our program offers a flexible solution by providing trained MOAs on a temporary basis.
An invoice will be sent directly to the Hiring Physician.
